Thus, we take all necessary steps to process your personal data in accordance with the principles established by the data protection legislation applicable in Romania, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). The collected data will not be processed for other purposes. Data will only be disclosed to state authorities pursuant to legal obligations. According to Regulation 679/2016 you benefit from the right to information and access, the right to rectification or erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right not to be subject to an individual decision.
The deletion of data can be requested or the data will be deleted under the following conditions:
- (a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- (b) the data subject withdraws the consent on the basis of which the processing is taking place, in accordance and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- (c) the data subject objects to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds prevailing as regards the processing or the data subject objects to the processing;
Refusal to provide his personal data determines, the refusal of our company not to provide the desired services related to accommodation services or issuance of documents, in which these data are required by law.
